Terms of Service

The service

ReportAmigo, a RenoFriend service, provides web-based jobsite reporting through private links and text messages. The service can collect photos, video or narration in any language, prepare English and Spanish reports from it, show a private crew history, and deliver reports to an account owner. No iOS or Android app is required for this reporting service.

Free reports and subscription

A new reporting workspace may use ReportAmigo free for 30 days or 30 completed reports, whichever comes first, without a credit card. Continued service is $59 per month unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply.

Text and RCS messages

By opting in, an account owner or crew member agrees to receive ReportAmigo setup links, jobsite report requests, scheduled reminders, crew updates, and completed report links. Message frequency varies with the jobs and report schedules selected by the account owner, including up to three texts per scheduled report. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to resume where supported, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, use the service only for lawful work, and share private links only with intended participants. Account owners must send each crew member the provided opt-in page and must not bypass a prior STOP request. Each crew link represents one private crew feed; create a separate link for each subcontractor company.

Jobsite media and reports

You keep ownership of media you submit and give us permission to host, process, translate, and deliver it solely to operate and improve the service. Reports are tools for communication and recordkeeping. Users remain responsible for jobsite decisions, safety, contracts, code compliance, measurements, and verifying important information.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, access another crew’s private link without permission, interfere with the service, or use messaging in a way that violates carrier rules or applicable law. We may suspend abusive or unsafe use. The service may occasionally be unavailable, and features may change.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties not expressly stated here. ReportAmigo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the reporting service during the three months before the claim.
