What we collect

We collect the information needed to run private jobsite reporting: account-owner and crew phone numbers, crew nicknames, job nicknames, report schedules, photos, video or narration, report text, language preferences, consent records, delivery status, and basic service-security data.

How we use it

We use this information to create and deliver report links, process jobsite updates, translate reports from whatever language a crew member used into English and Spanish, show the private crew history, notify the account owner, prevent abuse, provide support, and operate billing.

Mobile information and messaging consent

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text-message originator opt-in data, or SMS/RCS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide that information only to service providers such as Twilio when needed to deliver and operate the messaging service you requested. Consent is not transferred to other parties for their own use.

ReportAmigo messages may include setup links, jobsite report requests, scheduled reminders, crew updates, and completed report links. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help.

Who can see reports

Report links and crew-feed links are private bearer links. People with a crew link can see updates shared to that crew feed. Crew members do not see one another’s phone numbers. Account owners can see reports for their own reporting workspace. Create a separate crew link for each subcontractor company; do not share one crew link across companies.

Service providers and legal disclosures

We use service providers for hosting, storage, messaging, payment processing, security, and report processing. They receive only the information needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate abuse.

Retention and choices

We retain reports and account records while the service is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. You may ask to access or delete your information. Replying STOP ends SMS messages to that number; replying START may resume them.
